Agentic Development or Developing Agents?

Agentic Development or Developing Agents?

AI is not only changing what we build, but also how we develop software. But what does that mean in practice for organizations? And what is the difference between Agentic Development and Developing Agents?

During the next KPMG x CoolProfs CIO Breakfast, we’ll explore these questions with Vivek Mano, Sr. Director and Global Head of Product Management for AI at OutSystems.

Two developments that sound the same, but aren’t. Agentic Development and Developing Agents are closely related, but they require different skills, investments, and choices around governance and control.

During the session:

  • we clarify the distinction between the two developments;
  • we discuss where they reinforce each other and where they don’t;
  • we share what currently works within enterprises and what doesn’t;
  • we explore the strategic choices organizations need to make around AI;
  • and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask Vivek questions directly about AI and OutSystems’ vision.

No AI hype, but an open conversation about what these developments really mean for your organization and where best to start.
