OutSystems Agent Workbench released

OutSystems Agent Workbench is officially available since 30 September 2025, giving you the power to create custom agents that streamline operations, elevate experiences, and grow revenue.

So, how does it work in the real world? Agent Workbench users have already made some incredible progress:

  • Axos Bank built a log analysis agent to interpret error logs, eliminating the need for manual analysis.
  • Thermo Fisher Scientific built an escalation agent that understands a variety of unstructured data from customer interactions, helping them resolve issues faster.
  • The Arch Company created a content classification agent to route customer service inquiries, eliminating the need for manual classification.
  • TravelEssence developed an AI-powered itinerary builder that handles time-consuming tasks, empowering staff to focus on customer relationships.
  • Grihum Housing Finance is working to deploy Agent Workbench to improve the accuracy of loan underwriting and streamline property evaluations.

You’ve got big ideas, and OutSystems Agent Workbench will help you bring them to life. CoolProfs is a valued OutSystems Partner that can help you try out the Agent Workbench. We also have experience with the AI Agent Builder and other solutions that we can tie into your OutSystems development, such as Azure AI Foundry. Read this blog for more information on AI Foundry.
